The Lighthouse Framework is where every engagement begins. Strategy built without this foundation doesn't stick.

Before any financial strategy is built, we go through this four-step process together to ensure that every recommendation, forecast, and decision is rooted in your values, your vision, and the life you are actually building.

At the close of the Lighthouse process, you receive your Lighthouse Report, a premium, branded document that becomes the working foundation for your entire Viticula engagement. Every strategy session, quarterly review, and major decision is anchored to it.

    Start here. One focused session built on your real numbers. You submit your P&L, balance sheet, and revenue breakdown before the call, and I review everything in advance. Sixty minutes later you have your top three profit leaks, your 90-day priorities, and one clear next step. The $350 credits toward your first month if we keep working together. Referral partners and colleagues can gift a Profit Pathway to a founder they believe in.

  • Financial Strategy Consulting

    Your biggest decisions shouldn't be the ones you make alone.

    You've nodded along on calls with your CPA. You've stared at a P&L that told you what happened and said nothing about what to do. You've made six-figure decisions in a vacuum and called it being the boss. Financial Strategy Consulting exists so you never have to do that again.

    This is a 12-month engagement for founders past $500K. It begins with the Lighthouse Framework in the first 30 days. From there, every month runs the same rhythm: your financials come through my verification process, your dashboard is updated against your goals, and I complete a full analysis of what your numbers are saying about where you're headed. Then we sit down together and turn that interpretation into decisions. Your decisions, made with an interpreter and a strategic partner beside you.

    When a decision calls for deeper work, a forecast, a cash flow model, compensation design, that work is scoped individually, usually from the third month once the foundation is set.

    At twelve months, you renew or step into a quarterly rhythm, because the goal was never dependence.

    Engagements are $2,500 to $3,500 monthly, scoped to the complexity of your business.
